professionally - i have successfully designed new images for companies, created new ways of thinking, implemented data management systems, mentored employees into new job roles, and so forth.

'When I agreed to be mentored by Claire. I did so because I had been offered a more responsible position within the company. At the time I was a person with no confidence and no belief in myself - so although I wanted the new position, I found the prospect overwhelming and daunting. With Claires guidance and encouragement I began to grow in confidence - and this was noticed not only at work but at home as well.

Claire has been a constant support to me when I've needed it, even out of work. In 2005 two of my sons were getting married and I knew I would need to go shopping for something special to wear for both occasions. I didn't have a clue what to look for. Even though I have sisters who would have gone with me. I wanted someone who I knew would give me an honest opinion on what I looked good in. Thanks to Claire I looked great on both days and more important my sons were very proud of me.

It has been a difficult journey for me at times - but a journey I am glad I took. My confidence continues to grow and Claires belief in me has helped me to believe in myself' S
